Happy Valentine’s Day!!!

Adam and I were joking that Valentine’s Day after kids just isn’t quite the same.  Nevertheless we had a great day.  The three of us went to church this morning followed by a “romantic” lunch at Dry Creek spent passing Caden around and retrieving his toys as he threw them on the ground .  After so much cold weather it was awesome to get to sit outside and enjoy some sunshine.  I’m so tired of winter and being cooped up in the house!  We ended the day by catching a couple open houses in The Heights just for the fun of it (although I found my dream house!) and having pizza with friends down in Clear Lake.

I got this fun book of cupcakes for Christmas and tried one of the recipes out on Adam today.  It was a lot fun.  I made him a box of chocolates make of cupcakes.  Sounds weird, but just check out the pics.  I’m quite proud of myself.  I’ve come along way from serving him raw shake-and-bake chicken

But I don’t want to nap!

Here is a video of Caden playing in his crib when I put him down for his afternoon nap.  He is getting so mobile, rolling from one end to the other!  This was right after he got his six month shots, thats why he has two bandaids on his legs
